• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
