Job SummaryBridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on our overnight shift (10:30PM-6:30AM). As part of our dedicated medical and nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents on our Long Term Care units and specialty skilled areas
- Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of the registered nurse
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Participate in medication administration and management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
- Competitive hourly rate: $27 - $35 HOURLY
- Shift differential: $7.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and $3.00 shift differential for 3rd shift
