Good Shepherd Fairview Home is looking for a compassionate LPN to join our team in providing quality of life care to our residents.

• After 30 days = $1,200.00
• After 6 months = $1,800.00
• After 1 year = $3,000.00

Full-time:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 7pm - 7am = 64hrs/ bi-weekly pay period (Eligible for full time benefits)

Time and a half pay after the first 8 hours; $2 shift differential

Good Shepherd Fairview Home has 24 Long Term Beds and 30 Rehab Beds.

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for participating in the medical attention and treatment of residents. Assists with coordination of care and resident evaluations. Monitors resident health and wellbeing. Promotes person-centered care for optimal quality of life. Collects and interprets data. Participates in the supervision of, and delegation to, Certified Nursing Assistants as required. Participates in Interdisciplinary Care Planning.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

License:
Active New York State LPN license

Qualifications:

BLS and/or CPR certification.

Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Experience:

Prior LPN experience preferred.
