Urology Registered Nurse – Full Time
Join Guthrie Lourdes Hospital’s Urology Clinic in Binghamton, NY. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an outpatient clinic setting, supporting physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering seamless, compassionate care. The role offers predictable day‑shift hours with no bedside or inpatient responsibilities and sign‑on bonus up to $25,000 for experienced RNs.
What You’ll Do- Provide direct patient care for urological conditions, including kidney stones, prostate health, and bladder disorders.
- Assist with outpatient procedures, diagnostic preparation and patient education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain consistent weekday hours with no bedside or inpatient duties.
- Up to $25,000 Sign‑On Bonus
- Medical & Dental Insurance (coverage begins the first day of the month after hire)

- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of employment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification unit‑dependent.
- Minimum one year of RN experience preferred; less experience acceptable if transitioned from NLRN program.
- Must meet unit specifications regarding educational requirements during employment.
- Maintain BLS (and ACLS if required) certification.
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate patient care.
- Develop and coordinate care plans to meet patient goals and optimize outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Advocate for ethical, holistic care and partner in care planning.
- Foster learning and professional growth within the nursing team.
