Position Overview

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.

Compensation Range: $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience

• Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90‑day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines.

Preferred:

• Basic Skills Certifications (CPR).
