Good Shepherd Fairview Home is looking for a compassionate LPN to join our team in providing quality of life care to our 34 Long Term Residents and 20 Rehab Residents.
Sign‑on Bonus- After 90 days = $1,200.00
- After 6 months = $1,800.00
- After 1 year = $3,000.00
- After 30 days = $300.00
- After 6 months = $450.00
- After 1 year = $750.00
Full‑time, Part‑time, and per diem/casual positions available.
Day (6:45 am - 3:15 pm);
Evening (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm);
Night (11:00 pm - 7:30 am)

Position SummaryA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for participating in the medical attention and treatment of residents, assisting with coordination of care and resident evaluations, monitoring resident health and wellbeing, promoting person‑centered care for optimal quality of life, collecting and interpreting data, participating in the supervision of, and delegation to, Certified Nursing Assistants as required, and participating in Interdisciplinary Care Planning.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
License:
Active New York State LPN license
Qualifications:
BLS and/or CPR certification.
Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
Experience:
Prior LPN experience preferred.
