Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Job Summary
Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a long‑term care facility providing compassionate and skilled nursing care, is seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team! As an RN Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with other RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, serving our valued residents. Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Ensure that the highest level of patient care is maintained at all times.
- Monitor and evaluate the nursing care provided to residents, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as social services and rehabilitation, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in patient care and outcomes.
- Full‑time position available for the 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm shift, Monday‑Friday.
- Evening and night shifts available.
- Now offering $7.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and $3.00 shift differential for 3rd shift!

- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
