Physician Practice RN

About This Role

The Physician Practice RN delivers professional nursing care in the UHS Physician Practice setting, supporting Healthcare Providers and office staff in the coordination and delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.

• Pay: $33.63 - $50.45 per hour, depending on experience
• Location: Binghamton, NY
• Facility: UHS Gastroenterology Binghamton
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Deliver professional nursing care in the UHS Physician Practice setting.
• Triage and care disposition of patients.
• Provide clinical care and assist providers as needed.
• Facilitate care transitions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with the New York State Nurse Practice Act and UHS policies.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• At least one year experience in an acute care or ambulatory care setting.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting preferred.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current NY State RN license.
• Documentation of current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
