Registered Nurse; RN; Float

Role Overview: A Registered Nurse (RN) Float provides versatile patient care across multiple inpatient units, supporting Critical Care, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry services. This position involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, working alongside interdisciplinary teams to meet diverse patient needs.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  Adaptability in caring for a wide range of patients, collaboration with healthcare teams, and maintaining clinical competence across specialties.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current New York State RN license, CPR and ACLS certifications (within 3 months), with preferred BSc in Nursing and professional certifications.
• Work Environment:
  Work in multiple care areas, perform physical tasks like walking, standing, bending, and lifting, and adhere to infection control protocols, including PPE usage.
• Patient Demographics:
  Care for adults from 18 to over 80 years old.
