Registered Nurse; RN; Interventional Radiology

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Interventional Radiology to join a high‑performing team in a fast-paced procedural environment.

• Support a variety of minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by collaborating with physicians, technologists, and nurses.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, serving as a primary or accountable nurse based on patient safety needs.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion, treatment plans, and disease management.
• Utilize pharmacology knowledge to administer medications safely, adhering to policies and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and evidence-based practice initiatives while supporting new staff and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Must have an active NY RN license; BSN preferred, with experience in acute or ambulatory settings desirable. Prior IR experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Requires adaptability, strong communication, teamwork, and reliability, including on-call availability with a 30-minute response time.
• Work environment involves patient care areas with frequent walking, standing, and exposure to disinfectants and PPE.
