Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Surgical (Med Surg) with a focus on telemetry care.
Responsibilities:Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care to adult medical-surgical patients requiring continuous monitoring. Collaborate with team members to promote positive patient outcomes, build relationships with patients and families, and adhere to infection control policies. Work in a fast-paced environment, performing tasks such as walking, standing, bending, lifting, and using PPE as needed.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current NYS RN license.
- Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care. - Optional:
Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC).
Deliver direct patient care, ensure safety, collaborate with healthcare team, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
Work Environment:Involves proximity to patients and staff in both office and patient care areas, with exposure to cleaning solutions, PPE, and a requirement for frequent physical activity.
