Position Overview
United Health Services is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support Memorial 4 and Krembs 3 at UHS Binghamton General Hospital. This dynamic nurse leadership role is ideal for an RN passionate about behavioral health, addiction medicine, substance use disorder treatment, and inpatient psychiatric nursing care. The Assistant Nurse Manager will partner with clinical and interdisciplinary teams across these specialized units to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while promoting patient safety, quality outcomes, staff engagement, and an exceptional patient experience.
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for mixed-acuity adult inpatient behavioral health and addiction medicine services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an emerging nurse leader to help shape a newly established leadership role, advance clinical excellence, foster a culture of accountability and teamwork, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and families navigating behavioral health and substance use recovery.

Compensation Range$49.24 - $73.86 per hour, depending on experience
Education and Experience Minimum Required- Bachelors degree in Nursing
- Up to three (3) years of Nursing experience
- Up to three (3) years of directly related experience
- Masters in Nursing
- License and/or Certification
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License
