- Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
- Schedule:
3x12-hour shifts
- Active NY LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of LTC or skilled nursing experience required
- Recent SNF, rehabilitation, Med-Surg, or hospital experience may be considered
- Current BLS certification required
- Must pass a medication administration/med pass test
- Must successfully complete a clinical observation
