Field Retail Merchandiser; Part-Time

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed. Your position is part‑time with a variable schedule during the work week.

Hourly: $16.50 – $18.50 depending on experience.

Paid training, delivered through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom sessions.

You must be available the week before and after major holidays, which may include:

• Valentine’s Day
• Easter
• Mother’s Day
• Father’s Day
• Halloween
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory.
• Build and install product displays and fixtures.
• Relocate card departments and products as directed.
• Support other team members with seasonal resets.
• Provide feedback and complete required merchandising surveys.
• Interact with store employees, management, and customers.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents.
• Access to reliable transportation for travel to and between retail locations.
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders as required.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
