- Maintain well-stocked, organized, and appealing grocery displays to meet customer demands and drive sales.
- Build displays, stock, rotate merchandise, and ensure product freshness and correct pricing.
- Assist customers by greeting, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Handle deliveries, including unloading, checking-in, and storing merchandise, with proper training.
- Manage damaged or discontinued items, following company policies.
- Ensure sanitation and cleanliness in the department, adhering to safety and health regulations.
- Follow productivity, security, and inventory control standards, and assist in other departments as needed.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) properly.
