Role: In-store Merchandising Leader supporting grocery retailers.
Responsibilities Include- Completing category resets, building displays, and managing end caps
- Rotating and checking product dates, placing and correcting tags
- Ensuring shelves meet store and planogram standards
- Identifying out-of-stock conditions and organizing backstock
- Collaborating with store leadership on project initiatives
- Using technology to track progress, communicate issues, and report
- Training new teammates and supporting operational oversight
- Traveling frequently with overnight hotel stays
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience and leadership skills
- Ability to perform physical work, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, self-starter with results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently and in teams
- Reliable transportation and smartphone/tablet use for reporting
- Physical ability to travel and perform in a retail environment
