Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Manage and report on sales activities in review meetings with management
• Build rapport with territory sales managers and customers through professional service
• Respond to customer concerns and elevate issues to ensure resolution

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales and revenue quotas
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at all organizational levels
• Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills

• Experience in account management and client‑focused solution delivery
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and manage competing priorities
• Proven experience with  or similar CRM software
