Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $90,000–$200,000+ per year (Performance-Based Compensation)

We're seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Territory Manager to help expand our presence throughout the Binghamton, Utica, and Cobleskill regions. This unique role combines community outreach, business development, and consultative in-home sales through a mix of company-provided appointments and self-generated opportunities.
As the face of Adirondack Basement Systems throughout your assigned territory, you'll build relationships with local businesses and organizations, represent our company at community events, generate new opportunities, and help homeowners find permanent solutions for foundation, concrete repair, basement, crawl space, and waterproofing concerns.

Travel throughout the assigned territory is required.
