As a Security Manager, you will oversee daily security operations to ensure a safe, structured, and secure environment for residents, members, staff, and guests.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in supervising a security team consisting of 8-12 staff members
- Support the enforcement of security policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe environment for residents, members, staff, and guests
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
- Provide shift coverage as needed to maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Develop and maintain weekly security staff schedules
- Assist with developing and implementing inventory tracking systems for housing supplies, including drug testing materials, linens, bedding, and other necessary items as directed by the Housing Director
- Assist in ensuring security staff complete all required trainings and maintain compliance with mandatory training requirements
- Perform all duties and responsibilities required of YMCA Security Guards
$20.00 per hour
ShiftTuesday-Saturday
Time: 4pm-12:30am

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication skills
- General knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with individuals with mental and physical health diagnoses or substance abuse preferred
