As a Security Officer Site Patrol in Binghamton, NY
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobbies, offices, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols and security‑related requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, disturbances, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity, and report findings to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
