Multi-skilled Carpenters are needed to provide quality craftsmanship for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects for homes and businesses. The role involves estimating, performing carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, and light plumbing and electrical tasks, and delivering excellent customer service.
This is a W2 position offering independent scheduling. You will work from home on a full‑time or part‑time basis using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in the specified municipality and surrounding areas.
CompensationHourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00, with additional benefits and performance bonuses.

We are looking for Carpenters with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance, and knowledge of all trades—including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, light Plumbing, and Electrical.
You must also demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work positively with clients and colleagues.
Specific Qualifications- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman, with estimation and home inspection experience preferred
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
- Own standard set of tools for all trades
- Own truck or van
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Residence within 15 miles of the city of Binghamton Area
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
