Job Description

Ace Handyman Services Southern Tier is seeking multi‑skilled Carpenters with experience in carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, light plumbing and electrical. Our company has provided high‑quality repair and remodeling services to homes and businesses throughout the Southern Tier since 2019.

• Provide quality craftsmanship on a variety of repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects, both inside and outside of homes and businesses.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clear, professional communication with clients, colleagues, and office personnel.
• Travel to job sites within the Southern Tier using your own vehicle, and perform work on a W2 basis with flexible scheduling.
• Maintain and document accurate work records, invoicing, and estimates.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.

• Prior experience and strong track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman.
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work.
• Own standard set of tools to perform all required trades.
• Capacity to lift and carry materials up to 80 lb or more.
• Own truck or van.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Residence within 15 mi of Binghamton.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong documentation and invoicing abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
