You will diagnose and repair residential drain systems and guide customers to informed purchasing decisions.

• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts and installation teams.
• Keep the company truck clean inside and out.
• Keep truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Join the on‑call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training and develop professionally.
• Have or be willing to obtain the proper certifications.
