We are seeking a Groundsperson to join our team at Binghamton Asphalt Plant. No experience is necessary, as we provide on-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement. Compensation $20.00 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties, including cleaning and maintaining quarry grounds and equipment.
• Assist with plant operations, including loading and unloading materials.
• Perform tasks related to quarry maintenance, including fixing equipment and performing repairs.
• Assist with safety inspections and ensure a safe working environment.

Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced employees.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance.
• Able to work in wet and/or dry conditions and extreme heat and cold.
