Maintenance Technician

Distribution Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift at our DICK'S Sporting Goods distribution center. In this on-site role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, material-handling equipment, and building systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently. You'll respond to breakdowns, document work, and partner closely with operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that emphasizes safety, respect, and growth opportunities within a nationwide logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, material-handling equipment, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete timely repairs during 2nd shift
• Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and OSHA standards in a busy distribution environment
• Inspect, document, and track maintenance work using logs or CMMS tools
• Collaborate with operations teams to prioritize work and support throughput goals
• Assist with installation, adjustment, and testing of new equipment or system upgrades
• Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
