Construction Site Foreman

Location: Upstate NY & Regional Job Sites
Reports to: General Site Superintendent

At Fahs, Site Foremen are hands‑on leaders. You’ll run a mix of equipment, coordinate daily tasks, maintain grades, and keep quality, production, and safety tight. You’re the one everyone on site looks to when something needs to get figured out, sequenced, or fixed.

You will work closely with a Project Superintendent and Project Manager, but you won’t be micromanaged. We respect field leadership and listen when you say something will or won’t work. We value organized jobs, clear plans, safe work methods, and well‑maintained equipment — because that’s what lets field crews perform at their best.

• Perform hands‑on field work and equipment operation
• Lay out and maintain accurate grades and ADA tolerances
• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, skid steers, and other heavy equipment
• Support excavation, back filling, ditching, grading, demolition, and base prep
• Manage jobsite work sequencing and help plan day‑to‑day tasks
• Coordinate and verify material deliveries and placement
