The Youth Advocate I for Hillside Work Scholarship Connection (HWSC) provides support and mentoring to an assigned caseload of students, helping them achieve positive academic outcomes and successful transitions after high school.
Responsibilities include developing Individualized Graduation Plans (IGPs), coordinating tutoring, transporting students when needed, documenting activities in ETO, and partnering with teachers and families to remove barriers to graduation.
