Non-Negotiables- You must possess an active U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance with a background investigation completed in the last five years
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required
- At least eight years of professional software development experience is necessary
- You need a minimum of two years in a technical leadership or engineering supervision role
- Strong hands-on programming skills in C, C++, Python, or C# are essential
- Experience developing software for defense, aerospace, or other real-time applications is required
- You must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contract requirements
- The compensation package includes a salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 per year based on experience
