• Operate truck and rail scales to accurately weigh inbound and outbound loads of frac sand and materials.
• Issue and maintain weight tickets, bills of lading, shipping manifests, and other required documentation.
• Enter load, weight, and shipment data into computerized tracking systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Direct truck drivers and rail traffic to proper weighing, loading, and unloading locations within the yard.
• Coordinate with transload operators to ensure efficient material flow between trucks, railcars, and silos.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure compliance with safety, weight limits, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, yard personnel, dispatch, and management regarding load status and site conditions.
• Perform basic inspections of scales and report equipment issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized scale house and surrounding work area free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous scale house, logistics, or transload experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately input and manage data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in inclement weather.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

• Ability to work outdoors in wet, humid, hot, or cold conditions as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use hands and arms for computer work, paperwork, and light equipment operation.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work environment may include moving mechanical parts, dust, fumes, airborne particles, and moderate to loud noise, requiring consistent use of appropriate PPE.
