Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable Class A experience in the last three years are invited to apply for a position that offers a guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment, comprehensive benefits, and the possibility of returning home weekly. The average annual pay for drivers is $113,000.
These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailers are hook‑and‑go). An average driver earns $2190 per week, with deliveries primarily in the Northeast.
Full benefits commence after 60 days of employment. Drivers receive 3‑5 days of training on the account and are paid $85 per day for a 2‑day orientation in Dayton.
Drivers will be home weekly (weekends are not guaranteed). Trucks may be taken home, provided there is a secure parking location. Riders and pets may accompany the driver after completing training.
Responsibilities- Pick up loads at the distribution center just outside Rome, NY.
- Hook and go with preloaded trailers.
- Earn a daily salary of $215 and an additional $300 for each trailer unloaded.
- Complete approximately 900–1200 miles per week by delivering 3 loads.
- Make 2–4 stops per trailer, loading the store with boxes weighing 1–35 lbs onto a conveyor belt.
- Follow a 34‑hour reset schedule, finishing deliveries before heading back to the DC for the next load.
- Only urine drug tests are required.
- Drivers must never have failed or refused any type of drug test, regardless of how many years ago the incident occurred, even if SAP has been completed.
- Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with matching.
- Training lasts 3–5 days and is paid at the daily rate; trainers may share a bunk or run independently.
- After training, riders and dogs may accompany the driver during runs.
- Must reside in NY, CT, MD, MA, or RI (excluding Bors and Long Island).
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
- CDL must be current in the state of residence.
- Cannot have more than 3 jobs in the past year or 6 jobs in the past three years.
- Allowed up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, excluding major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end collisions, and rollovers.
- Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
- May have one personal‑vehicle moving violation (15+, reckless, following too closely, texting or handheld device) in the last three years; commercial‑vehicle violations disqualify the applicant.
- Must have no felonies in the last seven years (excluding sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
