Teacher Active is currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Bank Staff to support private nurseries and pre-school settings across the Wirral on a day-to-day basis. We work closely with our nurseries to build strong, trusted relationships meaning we can place you in supportive environments where you ll feel welcomed and valued.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied experience, expand your CPD, and enjoy flexible work where no two days are ever the same.

As part of our bank team, you ll:

• Support children aged 0 5 in safe, nurturing environments

• Assist with activities that encourage learning through play

• Provide 1:1 and small group support where needed

• Help maintain a calm, positive atmosphere in the setting

• Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

Your role may change day to day, but your impact will always be meaningful.

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (preferred)

• Have previous experience working with children (nursery, pre-school, babysitting, or similar)

• Are calm, patient, and naturally caring

• Have strong communication skills

• Understand the importance of safeguarding and child protection

• Flexible work to suit your schedule
