Salary: £15.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time (6 hours per day)
About the Role: We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker to carry out general maintenance and repair work for residential properties, including both indoor and outdoor tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and handyman repairs.
- Maintain indoor and outdoor areas to a high standard.
- Report maintenance issues and complete repairs safely.
- Previous experience in maintenance or handyman work.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Relevant maintenance qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) is desirable.
- Updated CV
- Valid DBS Certificate
- Passport Copy
- Share Code for Right to Work (if applicable)
- Sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Employment is subject to satisfactory DBS clearance and right-to-work verification.
