MET Technician

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established vehicle bodyshop and repair specialist in their search for a MET Technician to work in Wirral .

Job Role:

As an MET Technician, you will be diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical faults caused by traffic accidents. The role includes stripping and rebuilding crash-damaged mechanical parts and body panels such as clutches, suspension and brakes. You will be replacing damaged components, including headlights, brakes, and airbags, and ensuring that vehicles are returned to a safe and roadworthy condition. Job Details:
Pay: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum plus overtime OTE £43,000 Hours of Work: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (42.5-hour week) Duration:

Skills & Experience:

Mechanical fitting, automotive mechanic Must have own tools Stripping and disassembly or engine ancillaries, cooling systems, suspension Mechanical and electrical automotive experience Desired

Vehicle Repair Qualifications IMI Level 2 or higher NVQ diplomas in relevant vehicle disciplines Desired
