Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

• Compensation $60,000 – 75,000

• Perform general ledger accounting functions including journal entries and reconciliations
• Handle full-cycle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and review financial data for accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide support as needed
• Support with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 3 solid years of general ledger accounting experience
• Experience working with multiple entities preferred
• Industrial sector or manufacturing accounting experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
• ERP system experience required
• Ability to work 100% onsite and thrive in a small, busy accounting team
