Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist TTP – Start ASAP

Location: Bessemer, AL (On-site)

Salary: $45,000-$52,000 annually

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Accounts Payable Specialist to contribute to the efficient processing of our client’s dynamic finance team. If you have at least one year of experience, Excel proficiency, and excellent attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices to ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct thorough reviews of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals for payments.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.

• Proven experience in accounts payable roles.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
