We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to join our Birmingham‑based team. In this in‑person role, you’ll support financial accuracy and reporting, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Record and classify financial transactions in accordance with company policies
• Assist with the month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Investigate and resolve bank discrepancies and ledger variances
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and complete financial records

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in‑person and as part of a collaborative team
• Adaptable, tech‑savvy, and eager to learn and grow

• Bookkeeping background
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Intercompany transactions
