Staff Accountant

Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong month-end close experience looking to continue building their accounting foundation in a fast-paced environment.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and support financial reporting
• Assist with balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Analyze variances and assist with ad hoc reporting
• Partner with internal teams to support process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 1-3+ years of accounting experience
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end close required
• Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Someone who enjoys the close process and wants to build on it
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
