Position: Accounts Payable Clerk – Full-Time | On-Site

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a stable, growing organization. This role is heavily involved in both traditional A/P responsibilities and inventory management support
, making prior experience in a similar environment essential. This is a 100% in-office position.

Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices including receiving, reviewing, coding, and matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Receive and track inventory, ensuring accurate entry and alignment with purchasing records
  • Process payments and maintain accurate accounts payable records
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or disputes
  • Manage vendor communication and assist with issue resolution
  • Complete credit applications for new vendors and maintain vendor files
  • Assist with 1099 processing and related year‑end documentation (experience preferred)
  • Perform light office management duties such as ordering office supplies, handling postage, and managing office consumables (drinks/supplies)
Qualifications:
  • 2+ year of Accounts Payable experience required
  • Strong inventory experience required (construction, roofing, distribution, or similar industries strongly preferred)
  • Experience with invoice matching, PO processing, and vendor reconciliation
  • Familiarity with 1099 reporting strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced office environment
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
