About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Birmingham-based team. In this in-person role, you’ll support financial accuracy and reporting, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records. What You’ll DoPerform monthly bank reconciliations
Record and classify financial transactions in accordance with company policies
Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes
Investigate and resolve bank discrepancies and ledger variances
Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and complete financial records
Ideal Candidate Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in-person and as part of a collaborative team Adaptable, tech-savvy, and eager to learn and grow
Preferred Experience:
Bookkeeping background
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Performing bank reconciliations
Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Intercompany transactions
