Senior Cost Accountant​/Analyst

• Lead job costing, inventory costing, and standard cost processes
• Analyze gross margins, inventory variances, and job profitability
• Partner with operations to improve costing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare inventory, COGS, and manufacturing‑related journal entries and reconciliations
• Support month‑end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Drive ERP enhancements and continuous process improvements

• 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience with strong GL, month‑end close, and financial statement analysis foundation

• 2+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or inventory‑intensive environment -- required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
• Ability to communicate financial results to operational leaders
• CPA, CMA, or active pursuit of certification preferred
