Operations Clerk II
Pay: $23 - $24
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Clerk II to support daily branch operations through data analysis, accounts receivable support, and administrative process management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, researching discrepancies, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Analyze, review, and cleanse business data to ensure accuracy
- Research and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Create and process customer orders within an ERP system
- Resolve customer order issues, including purchase order compliance exceptions
- Complete billing, invoicing, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Investigate and resolve non-routine operational and customer service issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely issue resolution
- Support multiple business units while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
- Maintain organized records and contribute to continuous process improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounts receivable, data analysis, or business operations
- ERP system experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and Power Point
- CRM or Field Service application experience (Microsoft CRM or Microsoft Field Service preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Self-motivated and resourceful professional
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to investigate issues and identify root causes
- Collaborative team player with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
