Lead Technician – KAG

Full-time position.

• Diesel Mechanics are required to safely and accurately perform general property and vehicle maintenance & repair duties in and around the shop operation.

• Lead the month‑end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements, including budget and forecast variance analysis.
• Lead the organization’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Salary range: $80,000–$115,000 yearly plus profit sharing. Benefits include a retirement plan with company matching, stock options, and an annual flexible benefits program.

• Manage and support a team responsible for the month‑end close for Global Operations, covering general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, payroll, expense reporting, and tax compliance.

• Support the daily operations of the divisions as part of the accounting/finance team.
• Directly report to the MPI Controller.
