Tax Senior Accountant

Our client is seeking a Tax Senior Accountant to support a wide range of tax compliance and advisory activities for diverse client entities. This is a full‑time, in‑office position responsible for handling tax preparation, technical review, and coordination of client deliverables.

In this role, you will oversee the preparation and evaluation of tax filings while guiding junior team members and collaborating with leadership on technical matters. The position involves consistent interaction with clients, analysis of financial data, and execution of tax‑related processes from planning through completion.

• Compile and review federal, state, and local tax filings for various entity structures including corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Examine financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted documentation.
• Lead review processes for work completed by staff and provide coaching or corrective guidance.
• Coordinate daily workflow related to tax engagements including planning, execution, and finalization.
• Conduct research on tax topics to resolve technical questions and support decision‑making.
• Communicate findings, risks, or considerations to senior leadership.
• Maintain ongoing interaction with clients to address questions and gather required information.

• Demonstrated experience handling tax engagements across multiple entity types.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to evaluate work product and mentor junior team members.
• Effective communication skills for both internal collaboration and client interaction.
• Detail‑oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
