What you’ll be doing- Prepare basic and intermediate level tax returns
- Onboard new returns
- Assist with various tasks to prepare for upcoming tax season
- Update returns for simple investor comments
- Conduct basic tax research and correspondence
- Provide support on special tax projects and initiatives
- Organize and save PBC documents to Caseware
- Roll forward prior year files
- Prepare tax credit calculations
- Assist with administrative tasks (engagement letters, sending drafts, preparing trackers)
- Completed a Bachelors and/or Master's degree in accounting or an equivalent program from an accredited college or university
- 0–2 years recent public accounting experience
- Position requires in‑office presence; must be able to reliably commute to assigned office location and client sites as required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Pursuing minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure in the state of your assigned office location
- Working toward 150 academic credits or a master’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent program from an accredited college or university
- Final graduation date between December 2026 and September 2027
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA 3.0)
- Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Must be able to reliably commute to the assigned office location and client sites as required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future
