VENTEON, in collaboration with Harvard Resource Solutions, is seeking a Senior Payroll Accountant to join a growing organization. You will lead payroll-related month-end close, ensure GAAP-compliant reconciliations, and partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to drive process improvements.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, 4+ years in GL and payroll accounting, and hands-on experience with Dayforce or Workday, advanced Excel, and ERP systems.
