Part-Time Bookkeeper

Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeping detail oriented looking for a flexible schedule and a hybrid work environment. This position would require 15-20 hours per week and would start out on a contract basis and have the opportunity to turn into permanent.

Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices, payments, and deposits Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger activity Assist with month-end close and financial reporting Review transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed Requirements Qualifications 3-4+ years of bookkeeping experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

Experience with accounting software such as Quick Books or similar ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Schedule & Work Environment 15-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling options Hybrid opportunity with approximately 1 day in the office and 1 day remote
