This is a role for someone who spots issues before they’re asked to, thrives on variety across systems, and wants their work to genuinely move the needle for the business. - Own core GL accounting for 4 entities across multiple ERP systems
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Complete account reconciliations
- Perform variance analysis
- Support inventory accounting processes
- Assist with accounting integration for newly acquired companies
- Rotate across systems as entity needs shift
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s or CPA a plus)
- 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Comfortable working across multiple ERP systems
- Blackline or PowerBI experience a plus
- A self-starter who takes ownership without needing close supervision
