Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounts receivable specialist for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with strong collections experience who is comfortable managing a high volume of outbound collection activity through both phone and email communication. The accounts receivable specialist will be responsible for following up on past-due accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining accurate account records, and partnering with internal teams to support timely payment collection.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, persistent, customer-service oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
