Our client is seeking a talented and critical thinking individual to join its expanding audit practice, one of the fastest-growing areas of the company. As a Supervising Senior, the ideal candidate will take on greater ownership of engagements, guiding staff through fieldwork while continuing to build the technical and leadership skills needed to advance toward management. This role is part of a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment where ongoing opportunities and increased responsibilities are given and expected as the candidate grows with the company.

• Oversee and coordinate engagement execution, ensuring client expectations and deadlines are met.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of staff and seniors, providing feedback that supports their technical development.
• Communicate directly with Directors/Managers throughout all phases of engagements, including client communication, planning, and scheduling.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete work in a diligent and accurate manner, with attention to both internal and client deadlines.

• BA or BS degree in Accounting or related field, from an accredited college/university.
• Active CPA License.

• 5-7 years of public accounting experience, including prior experience supervising or reviewing the work of staff.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good judgment and professional skepticism.
• Excellent analysis and observation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with co-workers, staff, and clients.
• Knowledge of accounting software packages and MS Office:
  Word, Excel, and Outlook.
