Notably, the trials we have participated in have directly led to the FDA EUA approval of three separate COVID-19 PCR testing platforms.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quick Books / Administrative Assistant with a minimum of two years of hands‑on Quick Books experience. This role will support both business operations and select personal administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily bookkeeping activities using Quick Books
, including:- Accounts payable and receivable
- Invoicing and billing
- Expense tracking and categorization
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reporting
- Coordinate with external accountants or tax professionals as needed
- Perform general administrative duties, including:
- Email and calendar management
- Document preparation, filing, and organization
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Provide administrative support for both business‑related and personal tasks
, which may include:- Managing personal appointments and calendars
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling confidential documents and correspondence
- Assist with special projects/tasks
- Minimum of 2 years of proficient Quick Books experience (required)
- Prior experience in an administrative assistant or similar support role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting small businesses or executives
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
- Experience balancing both professional and personal administrative support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23-26 per hour (based on experience)
Expected hours: 30-40 per week
